You don’t need to have been a salesperson before – we will teach you from the ground up. What’s important is that you have energy, are willing to reach out, and have the desire to develop.⚡Many of our best salespeople come from service, construction, or other practical professions.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤝

In the role of a salesperson, you will meet homeowners in their home environment, at events, and fairs. You will listen to their needs, present energy-smart solutions, build trust with the customer, and help them make the right decision.

At NPE, we work to help property owners save money and reduce their climate impact through smart products like solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, windows, and roof replacements. We manage the entire process from consulting to completed installation – and we are growing rapidly. Behind us is Bragnum Invest as a stable owner.

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, 6-month probationary period SALARY: Guaranteed salary + performance-based compensation
